Studio Policies
- Gift Certificates available
- Sessions are 55 minutes in length
- Payment: cash or credit cards (Visa or Mastercard)
- All sales are final and non-transferable

- Instructor substitutions possible without prior notice
- Existing clients that refer a friend who buys a package receive a free session
- A background in the fundamentals of Pilates is required before starting on the equipment.
- All participants must wear socks. Socks with the treads on the bottom are preferable for added traction.
Cancellation Policy
5 Springs Pilates requires a cancellation of 24 hours in advance of your scheduled Private or Duet Session and 12 hours prior to your scheduled group class. Failure to cancel your Private, Duet or group class will be a loss of a session. Failure to cancel your group class before the cutoff time from one of our Unlimited Packages will result in the following: $15 for Group Mat and $20 for Reformer and Tower Classes. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. Late fees will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

Autopay Options are a 3 month commitment, that auto renews at the end of the term. This option is a great way to save some money and commit to your health while also not having to worry about your package ever expiring. Autopay Cancellation Policy: Client must notify the studio, in writing, 30 days before your final autopayment of your 3 month commitment.
