PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS

Looking for a quiet sanctuary from your typical gym? Our private sessions are perfect for the individual looking for a workout tailored just for them in a serene setting. Our one-on-one sessions ensure you get just that and more. Our highly qualified instructors design each session to challenge you with your goals and body in mind. Private Pilates sessions utilize the Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower, and Barrel, as well as some Pilates mat work. Socks are required for this class. We highly recommend socks with treads.

GROUP REFORMER CLASS

Experience challenge and grace of the reformer, the original piece of equipment that put Joseph Pilates on the map. Our classes are open level and focus on the core principles of Pilates. You will be training and challenging every single muscle in your body from the inside out. You will leave feeling long, lean, stretched and toned. No two classes are the same to keep your body and mind challenged. Be ready for fun flows and added props to spice up your Pilates Reformer practice. Mat experience is highly recommended before taking this class. Socks are required for this class. We highly recommend socks with treads.

GROUP PILATES MAT CLASSES

No one likes the same old mat class every day. Our group classes utilize a variety of props such as exercise balls – big and small - magic circles, foam rollers, therabands, and hand weights to spice up and enhance our 55 min. long class. Our mat classes focus not only on the core principles of Joseph Pilates, but also on flexibility and the joy of movement. No two classes are ever the same and every class is customized for the active participants! Be ready to work, this is not your average Pilates mat class! Socks are required for this class. We highly recommend socks with treads.

TOWER CLASSES

Tower Classes utilize the apparatus called the Wall Tower. This apparatus utilizes springs, and a push through bar along with your own body weight as resistance to stretch and challenge your Pilates practice. Our Tower classes focus not only on the core principles of Joseph Pilates, but also on flexibility, strength, and the joy of movement. No two classes are ever the same and every class is customized for the active participants! Socks are required for this class. We highly recommend socks with treads.

PRENATAL PILATES

Both group classes and private sessions are offered for our mommies-to-be. Physical activity is essential for both mom and baby through the entire 40 weeks of pregnancy and beyond. Pilates is a safe and great way to strengthening and lengthening the body through each trimester. Our certified instructors will help ready your body and mind for the many challenges of labor and mommy-hood. An emphasis on breath while toning your arms, back, butt, abdominals and more will make you the strongest mommy on the block. Group classes are small so you get as much personal attention as possible. However, if you crave a more personal approach, then privates are the way to go. Socks are required for this class. We highly recommend socks with treads.

TOWER AND TOTS PILATES - coming soon

We understand the importance of staying strong and fit before, during and after baby. We also know how hard it can be to squeeze in a workout around your little tots schedule. Now, you can bring your baby to our Mommy and Me Pilates classes. Babies 6 months and younger are welcome to join our small group tower/mat classes. Children are asked to remain in their car seat/carrier for the duration of the class. Socks are required for this class. We highly recommend socks with treads.
